Our custom made to order embroidered emblems are manufactured on computerized multi-head embroidery machines in sizes from 2" to 5" in increments of 1/2". Pricing for emblems over 5" or greater than 5000 pieces are available by quote. Available for clubs, teams, government, military, law enforcement, police, flag, uniform suppliers and business. We take your design and the colors that you specify to produce the finest quality emblems that you will find.

Follow these steps to place your order or request a quote:

1. Submit your design or sample patch to us by email or our mailing address.

2. Specify the colors, material, quantity, size, embroidered area, and any special instructions.

3. Determine if emblems are to be sewed-on or have a heat sealed backing applied. Special heat sealing equipment must be used to fuse emblem to material.

4. Merrowed or sewed border edge is optional, otherwise cut edge applies. All emblems are sealed on back to prevent fraying of edges.

How To Determine Your Order

Size is calculated by multiplying the average width x length and dividing by 2. Round up to the nearest size for pricing. Example: 3-1/4” = (3”+3-1/2”)/2, round up to 3-1/2" for pricing. Finished size will still be 3-1/4".

Embroidery may range anywhere from 30% to 100% of embroidered area. If less than 100% embroidered area we can help you determine which percentage to use.

Due to variances in computer colors it is recommended to specify PMS colors or send in the actual colors with artwork by mail.

Artwork must be camera ready.

Terms

Shipping: USPS by Parcel Post, Priority or Express Mail.

Delivery Time: 30 days from approval.

Payment: All orders must be prepaid unless prior arrangements have been made.

Minimum Quantity: 50 pieces of same design and size.

Colors: Up to 10 at no additional charge, add $.10 per item for each color over. Metallic threads available at additional cost.

Material: Add 10% to order total for felt.

Production sample: If requested the charge is $20 for up to 3-1/2" and $30 if over, per design.
